I started working in Human Resources in 1998, after finishing a Masters in Human Resource Management (giving me membership to the CIPD).

Over the next 15 years I worked as an HR Consultant in the NHS and the telecoms industry. I moved onto graduate recruitment for investment banks and law firms, where I screened thousands of CVs.

I set up Caversham CV Writing in 2012, after taking a career break to raise my family.
